Chocolate icecream

Makes 800 ml icecream

Ingredienser

  • 250 ml cream ~40% fat
  • 15 ml vanilla sugar
  • 45 ml sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 45 ml coca powder

  • one or two empty ice cream boxes total 800 ml

  • hand mixer

Instructions

  1. Whip cream together with vanilla sugar pretty stiff but not to butter.
  2. Whip egg and sugar in another bowl, with the same mixer.
  3. Add cocoa powder and whip some more.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the whipped cream and run the hand mixer until properly mixed.
  5. Put in ice cream boxes and into the freezer for three to four hours.
  6. Stir every 30 minutes for the first two hours.
